Directions

From the South -

From the M40, J15

  - Go North on A46 (towards Coventry) for one junction (about 1.5 miles).

  - Exit onto A4177 (left - for Solihull).

  - Pass through Hatton village and onto a large roundabout (4.5 miles) (Five Ways).

  - Turn right for Stonebridge (M6, M42) and Balsall Common (A4177 - A452).

  - After about 3.5 miles the road brings you to a LH bend. Go round the bend (A452) and up a hill.

  - After 0.2 mile there is a RH turn into Windmill Lane. Take this and go to the end of road (0.5 mile). Turn left at      the main road, Hilton Guest House is two houses on left.

  - Aim between the conifers.

Note: If you miss the Right hand turn you can carry on up the A452:

  -After 1.0 mile you meet a set of traffic lights. Turn right (B4101 - Kelsey Lane)

  -After 0.4 mile there is a right hand turn to Berkswell Windmill.

  -Hilton Guest House is on the right two houses BEFORE this turning.

 

From the North -

From the M6, J4

  -Go South and follow signs for Leamington/Kenilworth/Warwick. This is initially the A446. (Eventually     you will be on the A452 BUT DON’T TURN ONTO the A452 Brownhills road. You stay on the dual carriageway     for about 6 miles. You will come across a few roundabouts which you always go straight on.

  -After 6 miles the dual carriageway turns into a single lane road (at a Beefeater pub called the 'George in the     Tree').

  -After a further 1/2 mile you will come across a tiny roundabout, go straight on.

  -After a further 1/2 mile you will come across a tiny roundabout in the middle of Balsall Common, go straight     on.

  -After 3/4 mile you will come across a set of traffic lights where the A452 meets the B4101. Turn left for     Coventry and Tilehill. (You are now in Kelsey Lane.)

  -After 0.4 mile there is a right hand turn for Berkswell Windmill.

  -Hilton Guest House is on the right two houses BEFORE the right hand turn.

  -Aim between the conifers.

 

From the East -

From the M45

  -Go West on A45 (towards Birmingham) until you reach Canley.

  -At the Sainsbury's traffic lights and roundabout, turn left into Tile Hill Lane (B4101).

  -After 1.5 miles (traffic lights at petrol station) travel straight on into Tanner's Lane.

  -At roundabout, turn left into Spencer's Lane

  -Turn first right into Nailcote Lane

  -After 1.5 miles there is a LH turn into Windmill Lane. DON'T turn left. Hilton Guest House is two houses on left -     past this junction.

  -Aim between the conifers.

 

From the West -

From the M42, J5

  -Go East on A4141 (into Knowle)

  -At the far end of the High Street, turn left (B4101) signposted Balsall Common.

  -After exactly 5 miles you should be in Kelsey Lane, at Balsall Common

  -Hilton Guest House is on the right two houses BEFORE the right hand turn to Berkswell Windmill.

-  Aim between the conifers

 

From Berkswell railway station

-Go West (towards Balsall Common village)

-At the shops, turn left into Meeting House Lane.

-After 0.5 mile ('T' junction) turn left, into Kelsey Lane

-Hilton Guest House is on the right two houses BEFORE the right hand turn to Berkswell Windmill.

 

From Birmingham International Airport -

-Take the exit road, from the airport, to the A45.

-Turn Left, on the A45, towards Coventry

-After about 1 mile (after going under M42 bridge) take the left exit for A452 (Leamington & Warwick) (Don’t take left for M42 before bridge)

-At the bottom of the ramp Turn Right at roundabout (A452)

-Continue South (straight on at each roundabout) until you get to Balsall Common

-After a few miles the dual carriageway turns into a single lane road (at a Beefeater pub called the 'George in the Tree'). Go S/O don’t bear left

-After a further 1/2 mile you will come across a tiny roundabout, go straight on.

-After a further 1/2 mile you will come across a tiny roundabout in the middle of Balsall Common, go straight on.

-After 3/4 mile you will come across a set of traffic lights where the A452 meets the B4101. Turn left for Coventry and Tilehill - also signposted for Nailcote Hotel (brown sign). (You are now in Kelsey Lane.)

-After 0.4 mile there is a right hand turn for Berkswell Windmill.

-Hilton Guest House is on the right two houses BEFORE the right hand turn.

-Aim between the conifers.
